This is our GENUSSSCHMIEDE, the domain of chef Marco Engel and restaurant manager and sommelier Gregor Schröder. They tickle our customers palate and delight them over and over again in an atmospheric ambience.

In the morning a varied breakfast buffet awaits our guests, with energy-rich fitness food and sparkling wine. In the evening you can enjoy meals à la carte and taste one of the fine wines from our exquisite wine list.

In the lounge “Sonnenwinkel” cake and coffee, snacks and freshly drafted beer are served, while the bar “anno 56” offers a range of international spirits, fizzy cocktails, exotic long drinks and selected digestifs.
Here our guests meet for their afternoon tea or coffee and enjoy delicious cake, tasty snacks and freshly drafted beer.
